1. Registration

You need to register with LiveServe Tech to use our services. By registering you acknowledge that you are of legal age, have provided true and accurate information, and are fully authorised to sign on behalf of any group requesting the service.

2. Use of Services

Our image editing services are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to submit images that are obscene, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise unlawful. LiveServe Tech reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

3. Account Security

All sensitive transactions are protected by SSL encryption. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Service Quality & Revisions

If there is any error in the work due to miscommunication or failure to meet the agreed specifications, we will accommodate the client's needs by redoing the work at no additional charge. We are committed to 100% client satisfaction.

5. Credits & Payments

• Credits expire one year from the date of purchase
• Credit balance can be viewed in your account dashboard
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice

6. Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company management. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work and revisions have not resolved the issue, please contact our support team. We will review your case and determine the appropriate remedy.

7. Delivery Times

Job timeframes can range from 2 hours to 168 hours depending on complexity and the delivery option selected. Our team endeavours to return client images at the earliest opportunity. Express and priority delivery options are available at an additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By submitting images, you grant LiveServe Tech a limited licence to process and edit those images solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

9. Confidentiality

LiveServe Tech treats all client images and project information as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or use client images for promotional purposes without explicit written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
